Scholarships in the UK

Each year the UK Government provides funding for talented Ugandans to study in the UK, through the Chevening Scholarships and the Commonwealth Scholarships schemes. The picture above shows Olivia Nalubwama speaking at a party for outgoing scholars held at the British High Commissioner's Residence on 8 September 2008.

Registration while in Uganda

British nationals who are either resident or visiting any country abroad, should register their details online using our LOCATE service . Use our new LOCATE service to tell us where you're travelling to so our embassy and crisis staff can provide better assistance in an emergency situation.
